Migrating/scripting roles

Hi Group,
I scripted a table with the object permissions checked.

When I tried running the script on the destination database, it said that the role/user doesn't exist for the table.

Is it possible to script roles/users when I script a table object with its permissions?

Yes, scripting the Users and roles is another check box on the same page as the permissions check box (just above it in fact).
