Well, best way to get at the data, probably will be to get another motherboard with the same chipset - or even better, an identical motherboard - and see if it will open the exact same RAID for you... even if it will not, it'll give a better chance of recovery via partition recovery programs, I would think... If you go and connect to a whole different RAID setup, then it's anybody's guess.
If you can get another board, or whatever you want to try - it's your data after all

- I'd personally recommend Active Partition Recovery. Then if you get the data recovered in place, that way, you can then back the data up to a back-up location, and be on your way, with whatever you want to do system-wise.
And in the end, it's a good lesson in backing up data, even from RAID configurations. Speaking of which, I need to get on the ball with backing up some data myself!
