Migrating Mailboxes From SBS2000 to Exc2003.

A simple question, yet probably a most confusing way to go about this.

I've 16 users on a SBS2000 box, who have around 40mb each of mail, which I want to transfer to my new Exchange 2003 Server (Mark and Sniper know what I am talking about )

Is there a tool to extract SBS2000 mailboxes, or is there some manual process?

I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me a basic walkthrough
