Migrating Extrawin 4.3 profile to MyExtra 7.0

Hi,

I am currently packaging apps and we have decided to migrate all Extra users to the latest Attachmate MyExtra 7.0 Enterprise. I tried using the migration tool which extracts the data from the EXTRA!.E4W file but have failed. I am not very familiar with extra as i have never needed to use it. Anybody have any ideas?
