W2K Server, Currently it has a couple IDE drives mirrored. I want to install a few SCSI drives but keep all the data and drive layouts the same. Is there an easy way to do this?

Also, on another server I'm running 3 SCSI drives in a raid 5 format. I want to install 3 newer SCSI drives, same configuration...same question, easy way to do this? Thanks.
