migratine two companies from France to US based domain

We just purchased two companies in France and I have been tasked with joining these two companies with our domain here in the USA. Does anyone have a checklist for this type of cutover? or any suggestions that will help me with this cutover.

Setup a Forest Trust if possible. This wis the quickest way to add new companies to your domaina dn will give you time to plan out any resources needed or migrated to you current domain.

ALSO, it will all depend on what you are inheriting.

Sorry TechyMcSe2k we need perform a entire migration to another domain and remove the old companies name then joining there servers to our network.

I would like to send one DC controller to each site in France and replicate them with our US base operations any suggestions? I have just found out that they have their email host by there ISP, I would like to setup a pop3 account to our Exchange servers in the the US, however, the latency is 28 seconds should I pop the email or any other suggestions?
