Does anyone know how long it would take, ballpark, to migrate a 22gb SQL 7 db to a new server with SQL2005 running in SQL 2000 mode?

Are there any special considerations to be planned for? Thanks

There are syntax differences between SQL 7 and SQL 2005.

The upgrade will take probably 1-2 minutes. The data is stored in the same manor between SQL 7 / SQL 2000 / SQL 2005. Only the meta data is different.
