Migrate from 5gig to 7gig tapes

Hello,
I need to migrate 100 5gig Fast Access linear tape C-format tapes to the 7gig XL tapes. I am running a L32 a 3575 tape library with 4 Magstar MP 3570 tape drives. The problem I have is that the entire library is being used for the tape storage pool and the library is full the the max.
What would be the best method for migrating to the larger tapes?
