Looking for recommendations on a call recording platform for h.323, SIP, regular and call center users. Must be cloud based (SAAS or be able to be hosted in AWS). Main reason is for MIFID II. Current vendor isn't certified in AWS, unfortunately.
verint has a cloud offer in Azure where they deal with everything. Recording is one thing, compliance is another. Buy recording as a service and whoever does it will be hippy dippy HIPAA PCI GDPR compliant and probably include data soveriengty
It'll be a VPN or you open up a few ports on AES/CM and maybe CMS that allow inward traffic from some specific IP of theirs. I suppose there will need to be internet access from your Media Servers if TSAPI ultimately says "send audio to 202.202.202.202:12345" where Verint is expecting to receive audio.
