New to TCOMM from PC world and have about 16 MICS systems within my company. All of them have RAD devices. My question is how do I remote into them? I have Norstar Remote Utilities 11.0 and want to know what else I need. I know I will need a modem and the number to the system as well as the login and password. I also know I will have to get with Nortel on how to get my username and password from my system. Any advice or suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Unless you want your nickname changed to Triple Trouble, I would suggest either getting certified on the Norstar or calling in a certified Norstar tech if you intend to maintain those systems properly.
This is not the kind of system you can just learn how to work on and program in a day or two. It's all too easy to get yourself in REAL trouble on these things if you're not really sure about what you're doing at every step of the way.
You wouldn't consult a brain surgeon if you were having a heart attack, would you?
This forum is occasionally a great reference source for experienced technicians and system administrators who are having specific problems but it's definitely not Norstar 101.
