What is the difference between NT7B53 and a NT7B54, besides the release.

Some one can correct me but I think:
NT7B53 is only for 110V
NT7B54 is 110V or 220V

I was wondering if it was the ability to run 7.0 or 7.1 software? Can you run 7.0 software on a NT7B53 or NT7B54?
