Is it possible to program different out-dial CLID depending on the group. IE: Customer has 2 companies using the same PRI. Group 1 would like the CLID to show NPA-NXX-2000 and group 2 NPA-NXX-4000. I know this can be done on an Opt.11C PBX is possible on the MICS?

as long as telco lets ya you can have each set display what ever you need displayed...but telco must permit the outgoing clid

6 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"

there is no grouping - it has to be programmed individually

like luv2ski said, the telco must allow it as well

You should be able to setup an OLI# on a set per set basis. Although only 1 number per extension. Most PRI's accept this information.

All answers above are correct. I am in the middle of an installation right now that is 3 companies on one system.
Telco agreed to insert company X name from any set that we sent xxx-xxx-xxxx as an OLI, company Y name for yyy-yyy-yyyy, and company Z name for zzz-zzz-zzzz. It's just a matter of discussing what you need with your PRI provider. I have had very good luck getting what I need from them.
