Hello, one of my customers has an MICS that is completely down. No light on the power supply and some clicking coming from the PS itself. Replaced the power supply and the same thing is happening. No signs of damage on the backboard or any cards. Any ideas?

UPDATE: the clicking noise seems like it is the power supply led faintly blinking. I'm assuming a good power supply will do this if it cannot communicate with the backplane on the mics. I'm gonna replace the cabinet unless I hear otherwise.

I assume you've already checked to make sure it's not plugged into a bad battery back up unit, or worse yet, directly into a bad or overloaded electrical outlet?

Fortunately a refurbished KSU is only about $125 bucks to most vendors, unless you also need PRI key codes???
