For the life of me I can't remember how to get a MICS to acknowledge a new type telephone. I have a customer that had mixed M and T series phones. They've down sized quite a bit and I'm trying to get everyone moved to T7316e's. But in software it says they still have the older M phone and messes up the button programming.

How do I either get the software to acknoledge the new set or where in programming do I tell it the type of set it has?

Thanks,
Bernie

You need to be on 6.1 or higher for the system to see a T7316E set. The phone will still work on older software but like curly stated the button config will be different.

Having a major problem. My system was powered off and now its back to its default mode. I can not find in programming how to set my PRI cards. It is only giving me a T1 status. Need help.
