If I have a site were I am replaceing the KSU and it is a 6.1 sw, if I do a back up with remote utilities. After I replace the KSU I will need to reprogram as I understand- software is staying in place. If I restore the programming from the remote utilities will it work. Or will the new KSU ID screw it up...???

I was thinking upgrade for some reason.
Programming resides on the system
Backup programming
Swap KSU
Restore programming
Note if you have a PRI then you need to have a ticket put in to re-generate PRI enabler keycode as the system ID will change.
