MICS & CallPilot issue

Customer has a MICS 6.0 and CallPilot that was upgraded to 3.1. The problem is that the AA plays the closed greeting during open business hours. I have checked all settings and cannot find an issue. I have even reset the CallPilot and it will fix the issue for a short time. Has anyone seen this?

Check the time on the phone system it could be set to PM instead of AM. The CP gets it's time from the phone system.
 
Check the year in the phone system, one time I forgot to set it and all the days where out of wack.
 
The business may "closed" in F982 which will force non-business greeting to play all the time.

Someone in the company may be going in and changing the setting for Sh_ts and Giggles. So before you do any resets, check F982.

Checked all those things and they are correct. We just recorded 1 greeting for day and night.

Are greetings 1thru 4 recorded? Is 4 the closed buisness recording?
Answers to these questions may help figure this out.
