Currently a customer of mine had a problem with operator assisted calls to a foreign country yesterday. Apparently from AA I can hit 9 then 0 and get telco operator, but no other numbers can be dialed, how do I block this on my end?

Mke sure the voice mail ports DO NOT have access to the pool.

Ok, I seemed to have fixed (partially) the problem by assigning a restriction filter to refuse any digits and assigned them to all VM extensions. This seems to work most of the time but sometimes I am still able to transfer out to the operator. According to my smdr results, this happens whenever the call is answered by the b2 channel of one of the voicemail ports. I don't think I can even configure these b2 channels. Can I?

yes you can
in maintenance check out the vmail dn's and press the b2 button to find the other dn's then program them the same

no, its not possible to copy to the b2 channel extension.

Anyone have a copy of the NAM patch files. I can't get them from the nortel web site, and my vendor's tech support is of little help at this time. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
