MICS 6.1 Hunt Group Silent Monitor

Ok here is what I got....

I have setup a hunt group (707) and added the members accordingly. I have a CP100 on Full AA and passing DTMF (2) to group 707. It rings the phones in the group properly however when a call is engaged I can not get the silent monitor to bring up the option to JOIN. I have the supervisor set, I have silent join turned on, and members are showing up. However, the catch, when I pull up the extension is just stays in IDLE. I have tried the call from a cell phone through the VM and had a member of the hunt group answer it and I can see for example that the extension is on line 1 and talking.

I am sure I am missing something but not to sure what?

As always everyone’s help is greatly appreciated!
 
Do the lines appear anywhere else besides the hunt group? ( can you see a line appearance on some phone)- the DN's may be answering the call normally (to the system) as opposed to as a hunt group.
 
That's exactly what I figured is happening. Ya, I have the 4 lines on other sets that do not belong to the hunt group. Under hunt group 707 I don't have the lines assigned as well if that helps.
 
Do you have line appearances on the hunt group phones? Remove the line appearances from the hunt group member phones and it will probably work

Sorry everyone, the client didn't really care that much apparently about the SM since he prefered to have the line appearences instead of the above idea. If I even get another opportunity to take a shot at it I will follow up again.

However, based on what was discussed, that has to be the solution.
