Customer with a Mics 5.0 and CP150, lately have had various sets lose ability to access any lines or features on set. The screen looks normal. access to programming seems to work,feature*0 works, but the user cannot use set to access anything else.No response from any buttons.
I have gone there a couple of times removed set relocation, moved set to different port...works fine, placed back on original port, activated set relocation...set comes back.
These sets are on different modules, and today it's happened again. I plan on a reboot , but wondered if anyone had had this problem?
Thanks

Not enough resources?...how do I determine that?
Thanks

You cant but check alarms and events for last while.

Suggestions..

If you have a loaded system that is realy busy then try 2 combo cards.
If you have 25 or more lines then get them onto PRI.

What is system setup?

curlycord

10 analog lines, approx 42 sets...48mailboxes.
Doesn't seem to be overloaded.
I will try and check system events..
Thanks

will re-seating sofware cartridge cause any problems?
