MICS 4.1XC Disconnect hold users !

I remember having this problem a long time ago with 4.1 regular and the firmware had to be upgraded where people on HOLD were being disconnect when someone goes to pick them up.

I recently purchase a used XC software and it's happening again, any ideas ? Do I need a newer 4.1 XC software ? I can't pull out my firmware till later. Anyone hear of this problem ?
