Microsoft Word Problem VIA Citrix 1

Hi,

One of our users is logging into Citrix to access Microsoft Word. The problem they are having is that all of the toolbars have disapeard. There is not file menu across the top at all and I cant see how to get it back. Any idea's??

Deleting the users' normal.dot (or renaming it) will reset the Words' settings to their defaults.

Thanks for the reply, I have been rackin my brains over this one, just working out it must be to do with that "normal.dot" and then got your reply confirming this. My next problem is... "The file is in use elsewhere pr is read-only" ?!
