Microsoft Word Closes Unexpectantly

One of my users was in Word typing a letter and Word just seemed to disappear. I checked the Event Log and this is what it said. Any ideas or common problems? I checked on yahoo and other people have had this problem but they didn't have a fix for it.

Possible file corruption. Try this. Find these two files:
mso10.dll and winword.exe. Change both of their file extensions to .old.
Now, go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs (have your office install disk handy, if you haven't done some sort of precopy). On the Add/Remove list, select Office (XP?). Click Add/Remove. Look for the Maintenance Mode dialog box and select repair Office, repair errors in my office installation. Finish.
