I already have a wireless intellimouse explorer but would like to know whether i would be able to use it instead of the optical mouse that comes with the keyboard and mouse pack? I know the bluetooth keyboard and mouse include the intellimouse explorer but I think £100+ for a keyboard and mouse is a bit too much.

Never tried it, but the bluetooth is a completely different technology than the RF wireless optical mouse you already have.

I vote no, it will not work.

It is like trying to hear FM radio on an AM only box.

They will most likely not work together, you will be forced to use two separate transceivers (one for keyboard and one for the mouse you already have.

My personal saying - Just remember, it can always get worse, and usually will.
