Microsoft Query in Excel 2000 1

Is there a way to bring spreadsheet cell formatting back to an excel spreadsheet through a query?

We use shading to reflect shipping status and I am trying to build queries that will develop a shipping calendar. Having the graphical indication of project status is key.

there is no way to do this through MSQuery
