Microsoft Proxy Server

I am running Microsoft Proxy Server on a Windows NT 4.0 machine. I need to directly connect to one of my workstations behind the proxy as if it had a public IP address associated with it and still be able to control what ports are open and able to be used. If you have any information on this subject or could lead me in the right direction I would very much appreciate it.
