MICROSOFT POWER POINT\PRINTING PROBLEMS

Every time my client tries to print out of powerpoint, it reads "powerpoint has encountered a problem and needs to close." I tried to repair the program by going into the add\remove program and using the detect and repair, that did not work. Someone out there please help me with this one. Do you think I would have to completely uninstall and reinstall the whole Microsoft Offie Pro 2003?

Have you tried just uninstalling Powerpoint and reinstalling? Not uninstalling all of office. I've had that help with office issues before and it doesn't take as long.

Yes, uninstalled the completed office software and reinistalled, the problem is still here.

When its had the problem, has the system asked to send an error report to Microsoft, and have you/client done as asked. If it is a known problem, the help system will open with a fix.
