Please can anybody help me,
I am looking after a network, and for e-mail we are using microsoft outlook 2000 The problem i have is that i can not find out how to change profiles i have read help and so on but can not get to grips with how to do this. I have seen a screen dump of Outlook starting where a dialog box comes up asking you to pick a profile. I am assuming you have your Outlook configured for Internet mail only. Go to Tools, Options, Mail Services, Reconfigure Mail Support. Click on Corporate or Workgroup and apply. Once Outlook reconfigures, go back to Tools-Options-Mail Services. You now have the option to have Outlook change profiles or even prompt for a profile at execution.

!!!!!Backup your files before reconfiguring!!!!!! I had it hose on me one time and lost all data.

Hope this helps.
Al
atc-computing@home.com
