Everytime I log onto windows 2000 pro I double click outlook and it prompts me with this message Unable to open your default email folders. Outlook could not start because a location to send and recieve mail could not be found. To add a location, such as a personal folder file, double click the mail icon is windows control panel. So I set up my profile and everything is ok i can get my mail, but when I restart windows the same message will come up when i open outlook again.

PLEASE HELP

There may be a policy which restricts your access to the folder where your profile is located. Change the location of you .pst file and see if this works.
