Microsoft OLE Libraries

Since I initialized my disk (Mac OS 9.1) and reinstalled Quark 4.04, when I launch it, I get a warning that says: Microsoft OLE Libraries not loaded. Now I am trying but failing to import text from Word docs (The MS-Word Filter version 3.5 cannot read this document). Also, in the XTensions Manager the MS-Word 6-7 Filter status is error. It states that the Microsoft OLE Libraries not loaded. In the extensions folder, there's an item called Microsoft OLE Library (Microsoft OLE 2.2). Any ideas?

You should be able to download the correct and latist versions from Quarks web site!! Plus the Library does not have to be in the Extension folder, it can be in the Xtension folder in quark. You need to make sure that Quark is running as 4.11 not 4.0.4 as well! If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.

Thanks for your suggestion. It helped lead me to find the problem which turned out to be quite simple. The Microsoft OLE Extension file was missing from the Extensions folder. After installing that it works!
