Microsoft Network Browsing Problem

Hi

We have two server2003 sometimes the client couldn't go to my network places-microsoft network to browse for computers. it just wouldn't show anything. If the client disable the network card and enabled it again it will work. I know it had something to do with the Browser Master but I have no clue how to fix this. all clients runn WinXP.
