We have an issue when Microsoft Lync starts up it clears the call forward from the handset (9600 Series). Basically if you set the call forward on your handset then go home or to another site and log on to your PC remotely, Lync sees you as available and it removes the call forward from your phone.
The users logs off, not realising call forward has been turned off by Lync. Is there a method to stop Lync automatically turning off call forward without deactivating phone integration?
