This is not an issue that has an easy answer. Understand that when anything is printed from Macola Progression, with the exception of Integrated Crystal Reports, all that is being sent to a printer is ASCII text. This means that lines of text and carriage returns are all that is sent to the printer and from there the printer driver takes over.
Typically this sort of issue can be resolved by trying other printer drivers with the same printer, switching drivers, adjusting printer properties, adjusting the font used from the Macola print dialog, and crossing your fingers. If you could supply the make and model of the printer, the version of Windows on the printer server (if there is one), and the version of Windows on the client that is running Macola then we might be able to provide more specific insight.
It is important to note that the version of Windows does play a big role in resolving these issues, as the printer drivers all render ASCII text printer data differently depending on the version of Windows. Therefore, if a user attempts to print to an HP 4000 printer from Windows 2000 using the PCL 5 driver they will have different results than the user printing to an HP 4000 printer from Windows XP using the PCL 5 driver.
