I have a user with a MSWord problem. When she tries to use File, Open, from the menu, or Crtl-O, or the File Open icon, Word will shut down. She can open files from the drop-down menu under File, or she can open files from Windows Explorer. But the File, Open feature in Word will not work. It just causes the program to close. I did update to SP3, but that was two weeks ago, and the problem just started yesterday.
