Hello,
I find that my microsoft fax stops working without explanation and I have to do a restore to get working again. any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Thanks alot Linney, the problem was due to the fact that my Dell 922 all in one, uses the microsoft fax modem in my laptop to do its faxing and only allows you to fax an electronic document by using the FILE, PRINT, select FAX string of commands so there was nothing actually wrong. Cheers
