Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, Log Files missing

I have an Exchange Server 2000 that has missing log files and fails to mount the stores. All services mount. can Log Files be rebuilt??????

Hello-

Is isinteg -patch an internal Exchange command or does it come off the install disk/resource kit??
