Microsoft Exchange Messages stuck Advanced Queue

I seem to have mails from or to the administrator being stuck in my Exchange 2000 Advanced Queue. Any ideas why this could be happening.

The tracking log shows that the message reaches the SMTP Advanced Queue, then disappears.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
