Hi,
Here's HP's solution, wish me luck!!!
"I understand your concern.
An "Internal Error 2343" message displays on the computer screen when
installing or uninstalling the HP Photo & Imaging software. To resolve
the error message, delete the HP Photo & Imaging installation values
from the Windows registry.

problems or prevent the computer from starting. Always
backup your registry.
Step 1: Create a backup copy of the registry
1. Click Start and then Run.
2. In the Open field type: regedit
3. In the Registry Editor, select My Computer.
4. With My Computer highlighted, click File, and then
Export.
5. Browse to a storage location that is easy to remember.

7. Type in a filename. HP suggests naming the file with the current
date, for example: Registry Backup 05-01-03.
8. Click the Save button to save the registry.

Windows registry

4. Click the plus (+) next to Installer.
5. Click the plus (+) next to Products.
6. Click the first key under Products to highlight it.
7. On the right side of the screen, locate the ProductName line. If
this is the product with the install/uninstall error, press the Del
key on the keyboard to delete the highlighted key on the left side
of the screen. If this is not the product with the error, click
the second key under Products (on the left of the screen) and check
the Product Name. Continue until the key for the proper product
has been identified and deleted.
