Micros res 3.2 ws4 Cal not installing all files

Replaced a ws4. Flashed ran cal no problem. Problem is it loads bitmaps folder to the micros folder and stops. Returns to desktop.

Suggestions much appreciated. Thanks

So I have confirmed via another location that terminal loads fine. So at other location it means the issue is server based.
