Micros E7 Service total

Hi, I have a Micros E7 pos system, The problem I have is when I service total a check, The check is sent ot the kitchen printer but the screen does not changed back so I can start another check. When I try to lookup a check it says "transaction in progress" this even applies when I cash the check out and try to start another check. I have to cancel the zero total transaction to continue.


One other issue that the terminal tells what change is due from a transaction but the receipt will always have 0.00 change due.
