MIA printers published in AD

We recently had a WAN connectivity issue that took a few days for a certain phone company to fix. After the WAN fix all our AD published printers EXCEPT FOR THE RESTORED WAN SITE are missing. We've sync'd the domain but the printers are still missing.

Any ideas why this happened and even more important - if I reboot the DC, will the printers magicly reappear or do they have to be re-entered.

*** Fix what's broken, whether it's a machine or a process. People don't need to be burdened by problems that could be corrected.
