HELLO TO EVERYBODY,

I HAVE A MGCP GATEWAY WITH A VIC2-BRI NT/TE ISDN VOICE CARD INSTALLED,THAT HAS TWO NUMBERS ATTACHED(ONE INCOMING CALLS,ONE OUTGOING CALLS)
ONCE(RANDOMLY) IN A WEEK MGCP GETS STUCK AND I HAVE TO ENTER NO MGCP/MGCP COMMAND TO ACTIVATE MGCP,DURING THIS TIME INCOMING CALLS WORK AND OUTGOING DON`T .I CANNOT EXPLAIN THIS??
IS IT A FAULTY ISDN PORT,MAYBE ?
ROUTER 2801 (C2801-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M),IOS Version 12.4(24)T3.
