MGC Card in reboot loop 1

Hopefully I can save some techs some pain on this one. We upgraded a 3 cabinet option 11 in our lab to 5.5 with MGC cards and Dsp"s etc. and have done a few of them with no real problems. With this one all our MGC cards would reboot about every 5 minutes.Also i could not enable the DSP's in LD 32. I uploaded all the latest loadware/firmware etc and that did not clear the trouble. The problem turned out to be bad DSP cards on all 3 MGC's. Nortel had a rash of bad DSP's and once we replaced them the problem cleared up. Hope this helps some techs out there..I spent a few days on this one..cheers
