MFC controls toolbox

when i use App Wizard to create a dialog based app there is a controls toolbox i can drag controls from. when i create SDI app there isnt? or i just dont know how to find it?

If you want to use a dialog resource as a view in a MFC SDI or MDI application create the view from a CFormView base class.
