Metaframe XP printer issues

Server is Win 2K/Metaframe XP

Users log on and their printers auto-create and print fine. When they log off, their auto-created printers remain.
Any ideas why?

I've only had this problem when users disconnect from the session and don't go to start/shutdown and select logoff. Could it be that your users are also doing that?
