Metaframe Printing

Hopefully someone knows the answer to the following or point me in the right direction.

Have setup Metaframe clients on a NT4.0 TS w/SP6 installed. Have a client using latest version of Citrix Program Neighborhood with a HP DJ 720c printer. They can print locally with no problem. When they try to print from Citrix (test page or through program), it looks like the job is spooled to the printer but it disappears with nothing coming out of the printer. Event log says the print job was done with no errors.

I have tried different print drivers on both the client and TS side. I have redone all the controls (spooling) that can be changed with no luck.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated since I have others with the same problem.

NT4 tse does not come with a 720 driver, so you probably are using one form HP on the server.
How does it respond to a "HP DeskJet 550C" driver on the server?

(the 550C is a generic deskjet driver)

I have tried the 500 & 600 series of drivers. All do the same thing, shows as being printed, but nothing happens.

How does the printjob respond, with the "HP DeskJet 550C" also loaded on the clientside?

that is what we use to bridge between citrix metaframe and a local printer. It works relatively well, and is easy to use.
