meta problem

In a previous message I described an error:
When executing canInspectSelection in refresh.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
offsetsToNode: Argument number 1 is invalid
offsetsToNode: Argument number 2 is invalid

Now I know that the refresh.htm refers to the refresh meta tag, I also got the same message for keyword.htm, description.htm whenever I save the changes.

What is this error?
