Messaging Journaling

I'm presently at a client site which is looking to possibly use Message Journaling with their customers. Essentially, they will assist they customer in configuring message journaling on their 5.5 Servers and E2K servers so that all mail is sent to a custom recipient which is an smtp address back to our site. My question is, I'm having a hard time finding written documentation on Journaling for both Exchange platforms. I know in 5.5 you have to edit the registry versus simply checking off a box within the mailbox store on E2K. I'm just wondering what the limitations are? Are there any enhancements in E2K?

Anyone have any url's they can reference for me?
