I have messages stuck in my outbox. I created a new profile and the messages are stuck in that profile as well. I can send new email, though those messages are still stuck there and every time I shut down office, I get a message that there are messages stuck in the outbox and it will take a minute to shutdown. These messages cannot be opened or deleted. What can I do now?

MESSAGES STUCK IN OUTBOX

If you are on an exchange server choose work offline. If using Pop mail accounts or exchange server check the Outbox, are the messages in here ? If so delete them then go back online. Do you have the same problem?
Have the messages be sent ? Check the Sent Items folder to see if this is the case.
If still no joy, please can you list the version of Outlook you are using and if the mailbox is an exchange mailbox (on a network server) or a pop3 mailbox (like an ISP gives you).
