I am experiencing somthing new and con not find any configurable item that would be causing this. I have a default config front end server on W2K3 SP1 and E2K3 SP2 and messages sit in the Messages Pending Submission Queue until there are 10 messages and then when the 11th one hits the queue clears and mail is sent.
I have checked our one and only smtp connector that does not even interact with the impacted traffic and it is set to "Always Connected". This has been an unchanged environment for about 11 months with the exception of the addition of W2K3 SP1 & E2K3 SP2 about three weeks ago. Issue however was not noticed until last week, so I can not absolutley tie it to the SPs.
Am I completly missing somthing?
