The info i found from your link was useful, but not clear. I tried looking for the "lug cable" and could not find any !
I there also some place where there would be a circuit diagram, with some more explanation on how to connect the music on hold device to my norstar unit.

First you need to know what system you have is it a cics, modular 8X24 or 0X32 all are diffrent when you have that look in the manual under wiring to see what pair is the Moh then you have to use the head set of the MP3 cut the end and wire that into the pair that correspond to Moh then go to orogramming and activate MOH to yes
